He is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) with the designation of Project Management Professional (PMP). 

While his career as a project manager was fulfilling, Wale felt that he could make more impact as a trusted real estate advisor by providing support for his clients to navigate the complex process of buying or selling a home with ease. Knowing that a lot is at stake both personally and financially for his clients, he commits to prioritizing client satisfaction as a drive and measure for his success and fulfillment.
